Let’s start the introduction of two new GoRamp functions with a heartfelt thank you to the consumers who eagerly engaged in the process of designing, upgrading, and continuously developing our system.
We have launched two new functions based on client suggestions and insights: Drag&Drop function for Timeslots and Notification Center.
We have deployed functionalities in line with current SaaS product development trends in Western Europe and the United States, as well we enhanced the user experience through design innovations.

Drag&Drop
Now reservation time can be changed or updated with a single click. To alter a reservation, click on the reservation to be modified in the interactive reservation calendar and drag it to the new time planned. Drop it to the appropriate timeslot and your job is done. The reservation, all related data and messages about the changes will automatically reach the stakeholders.
The Drag&Drop function is common in many computer systems and apps, although it is rarely available in ramp reservation systems and is frequently provided for an additional price. GoRamp provides it for free!
Notification Centre
From now on, a bell indicator in the GoRamp system's top menu will alert you to changes in reservations or orders. By clicking on the symbol, you will be able to see all updates in real time and become acquainted with their content.
You will be aware of the changes in order time, carriers or cargo data, as well as new colleagues joined and their comments. Notification Centre is the best and most convenient way to track changes in real time and respond immediately, especially since the information about the changes will appear even if you are not browsing the system.
"We've discovered that consumers who receive order modifications by e-mail do not always respond swiftly to changes, despite the fact that time is money in this business. As a result, we developed a feature that will consolidate all updates into one place grouped according to the nature of the update", added Remigijus.
From now on, each of our clients will be able to choose whether they want to receive order updates in the Notification Centre, e-mail, or both. We also appreciate your feedback and suggestions on how we may improve the system for your convenience.
